We connect, support, and inspire transformation among moms, fostering authentic relationships rooted in shared experiences. From Michigan to Ohio to Pennsylvania, we're three moms and childhood best friends hitting pause on the hustle, the noise, and the guilt—just long enough to breathe, laugh, and talk real life. Join our community and discover the power of collective strength.

About Us

Moms Who Pause was founded by three childhood best friends—Rodneya, Rukiya, and Tiffany. We experienced the overwhelming demands of motherhood firsthand and realized the critical need for a space where moms could truly pause. Our podcast and community were born from a shared desire to breathe, laugh, and have real conversations without the guilt often associated with taking time for oneself. We believe in the transformative power of connection and authentic support among women.

Our Purpose

Why We Exist

We exist to create a safe, honest space where working moms can pause, reflect, laugh, and experience meaningful internal shifts—feeling less alone, more self-trusting, and more connected to who they are becoming in motherhood.

This isn't about changing who moms are—it's about changing how they see themselves. If Moms Who Pause disappeared, the world would miss a space where transformation happens without shame, where complexity is respected, and where community matters more than metrics.
